The Brentwood Trinity Heights Community Action Group (BTHCAG) is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving neighborhood infrastructure, supporting local businesses, and cultivating resident-led leadership throughout East Oak Cliff.
We convene residents, entrepreneurs, and civic partners to transform shared challenges into coordinated action—and lasting community investment.

The Second Annual Neighborly Business Exchange
Building on the momentum of last year’s success, the Second Annual Neighborly Business Exchange returns as a signature community event focused on economic visibility, relationship-building, and neighborhood pride.The Exchange is designed to:
- Connect local businesses with residents and supporters
- Highlight entrepreneurs serving Brentwood Trinity Heights and East Oak Cliff
- Create meaningful sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Strengthen local economic circulation

The East Oak Cliff Entrepreneur’s Grant
In its second year, the Neighborly Business Exchange introduces the East Oak Cliff Entrepreneur’s Grant, a new initiative created to directly support local business owners with capital and visibility.
The grant component is designed to:
- Invest in promising neighborhood entrepreneurs
- Support business sustainability and growth
- Reinforce community-based economic development
- Align sponsors with tangible, mission-driven impact
